No easy feat!
It would be no easy feat to lose so much weight in so short a time. It was interesting to hear the back story of the author. It was also interesting to learn that a size 10 is an XL in France. It was interesting to hear what diets the author believe are effective. Some diets are ones I considered or worked for me in the past. The exercises are ones that worked for me or ones that sound like a challenge that will help achieve the lofty goals in the title. This book was given to me for free at my request and I provided this voluntary review.
