Good book, not for me

I had no use for the MC in this story... he's supposedly smart but we spend damn near the entire book with him presenting as a complete dumbass. The only reason we get from the MC is "it's better if I don't know..."
- IS THERE A REASON FOR THIS?
- ...NO
- THAT CHECKS OUT
I found this story a much lesser derivative of the "I'm going to ignore my super powers so I can live a simple life"... even down to the relationship with the only single woman in the entire town(who has freckles) that's at the end of the established territory.

just finish this book and it is absolutely amazing positively loved it Heath Miller doesn't amazing job with the narration I really hope there's a second one like really really hope there's more

this book is amazing. If you are a fan of beware of chicken you will cherish the beach version.

Such a fun read

If you like LITRPG, Xianxia and systems this book is a breath of fresh air. It’s everything I like about these books in a much lighter story that feels like a vacation. Such a fun read.

Fishing

Ha I was just wondering and thinking about searching for a fishing Litrpg. This popped up and it was a Great book not all about fishing but good story overall that worked well for me.

Great book to get lost in.

easy listening, great character and world development. Happy go luck main character is refreshing. Definitely worth picking up.

Great Slice of life Fishing isekai

As a fan of isekai anime this hits just right!
The MC is a very nice and pleasant person, who often has no idea of the impacts he has on the world/people around him, all while he steadily grows stronger. Misunderstandings and miscommunication lead to some funny and absurd moments - particularly with his enemies. Haven't finished is just yet, but it is already a great listen and hard to put down! I just already knew I wanted to share this.

What a genuinely unique and fun experience!

My first review so excuse any blunders but man!! My buddy who also loves audio books told me about this and I laughed, but had an extra credit so I got it to try. I just finished and already have books 2 and 3 ready to listen. unlike any litrpg I've read so far, in all good ways. I love the main character, and all the side characters. the antagonists are even fun 🤣. it's well read by the narrorator, and writen wonderfully. I haven't been this immediately invested in a series since I found Nova Terra. I highly, Highly recommend this book.

A Hilariously Feel Good Story!!

Absolutely loved this book!!! The story concept was wonderful and fresh, and the writing had so many humorous feel good moments. it had a perfect balance of scene setting and story developing that the flow was great! The narrator did a superb job!! He did a fantastic job with all the characters voices and really bringing emotion to the words. I don’t understand why some people would complain about the cursing. It was hardly used and when it was, it was during an hilarious moment in the book. So don’t let that detour. I’m so happy I found this series!!! Although now I have an urge to go fishing all the time now.
