If you are ready to dig just a little deeper into what our bodies are capable of, you will thoroughly enjoy this book. I am definitely going to be putting different things into practice moving forward and being more diligent with myself in all areas. This will be on repeat.

In a recent book I listened to by Frederick Dodson, Levels of Energy, he explained that when someone is at a really low point in their life or energy level you don't try to help them with advice that is right for someone who has more energy or gumption.

Invariably, when someone says they have this or that health issue I'll recommend this or that book by some MD or PhD researcher, usually with citations included and a lot of big science-y words.

Now, I realize that when a person is really sick, or tired, or just starting out to figure out how to help themselves get better, they would do better to ease into the world of nutrition and health information and self-education.

This book, with the gentle narration and concise and condensed information that is in positive and plain language is perfect for some people who are just starting. Or, even for someone who has read a lot of books and just wants something optimistic and hopeful and friendly and is a great summary of the main information to remember.

This is both a feel-good book and a get-better book.

This was the perfect oversight of all of the ways to access your body's voice. She gave good examples and feedback with stories that were kept consise and interesting.

Tell large concepts that came from this book are to love yourself if you want your body to listen and to listen to the whispers of your body to become more in tune with it. The other concepts are to be kind and grateful with your body and all it does for us everyday S well S the theory that our bodies are a container or our soul and mind and are made up of billions millions of micro organisms working for us each day
