Poor recording and very limited herbal information
Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?
I was hoping for more information on specific herbs to use rather than saying that generally herbs and homeopathy can be used to help with energetic and physical heart conditions. I was expecting a lecture on which herbs to use for what conditions and in what way.
Any additional comments?
The recording of the lecture was very challenging to hear even with the volume maxed out on my listening device. The information was interesting but I did not feel it fit with the lecture title and was a struggle to listen.
