Any additional comments?
The gifts themselves are geared towards high end business, however the motivations behind gifting can be adapted to any level of business. This is all about relationship building and doing the little extra that makes a big difference.

Interesting and thought provoking
I've never thought of using gifting as a prospecting or marketing tool, but this book has changed my perception.
I'll be working on planning gifting programs for a variety of our key prospects and clients in the near term.
My only concern in listening to this book was whether the author was using it as a platform to sell his company's services or posit a new marketing paradigm. I still don't know about thus yet and will need to ponder this further on a second listen.
It's an easy book to listen to and is much shorter than what I normally purchase. It was a welcome break as a result.

Strong concept
There was one key concept that was an "a-ha" moment for me that I'll keep and use forever in this book and that concept alone will be worth hundreds of times the cost of this book throughout my career.

eyeopening reality
short, concise, simple. i am eager to wire my mind towards giving more. i already feel it’s a stretch but a stretch i have wanted to take for a while and i am glad that now i have a heartfelt guidance on how to go about gifting.

great ideas. what really gets you to think about different ways to care about your customers. not just the typical swag gifts that everybody gives out. Gives a clear message that being thoughtful is more important than frequency.

Great philosophy and power of becoming
I know if or as I become generous in everything I do, miracles will become a constant part of the life of those I know and meet and they will be a part of my life as well. Relationships will be sweeter and deeper. The rewards will be impossible not to recognize, whether financial or otherwise... I highly recommend this book and this life style!
