Compromised experience

Quality of audio has inserts, unnecessary pauses every three words, and is hard to follow along with the graphs. It sounds like computer generated instead of natural.

The content is great but quality of audio compromises the experience.

Excellent book, terrible narrator

I run pricing for a large globally leading B2B cloud product. The content of this book is excellent: thought provoking, helpful, and practically applicable. It’s absolutely worth suffering through the poorly selected narrator to learn what the authors have to teach.
