Another Perfect Listen

Wow. Just WOW. I don't even know where to start. Evermore picked up where we left off at the end of Nevermore, lots of revelations had just occurred, lot of feelings are being felt. There's hurt, anger, betrayal, all of it conflicting with a love so deep it spans lifetimes.

Paesha is back, she's reunited with Quill, and she has a lot to work through. This book did such an excellent job of portraying grief, vengeance, madness, and everything in between. I hurt with the characters, I smiled and laughed with them, I cried with them, oh boy did I cry with them. The Never Sky universe is dark and beautiful, and I felt so completely immersed from the second I opened the book until I finished. Thorne and Paesha's "happily ever after" was hard earned and bittersweet, but we made it.

I read an ARC of this book, and then IMMEDIATELY listened to the audio as soon as it came out too. Jacci and Gabriel are both so amazing, the depth they bring to the characters makes you feel like you're there with them. Every emotion is felt 10x stronger, every scene is so vividly immersive. The added music by Lindsay Dills is just the cherry on top. I love having unique chapter/scene music added to the story.

Amazing all around

These narrators are perfect for these stories and the story itself is woven so perfectly that the flow feels effortless. I love this series and Paesha brings this finale to a lovely and beautiful ending.

Emotional Rollercoaster

🏛️What an ending! This book took me on an emotional rollercoaster.

I decided to read this along with the audiobook which came out early and it just made the book hit harder. @jaccipriornarrator and @gabriel_m_michal did an amazing job. Jacci captures Paesha’s fierceness while Gabriel encapsulates Thorne’s dedication to Paesha so well.

I have to introduce new feeling meters because my emotions were all over for this book.

It took me a bit to get into the book but once I was in it, the amount of devastation and happiness I felt 🙂‍↔️ @authormirandalyn we need to talk, it’s not alright but it’s okay, I’m going to make it anyway.

Overall, another reminder why @authormirandalyn is an auto buy author for me.

Absolutely Beautiful Story!

This story will break you and put the pieces back together. Just when you think you know where the story is going there is another unexpected twist.

Better than I dreamed of.

This audiobook was narrated fantastically, and it includes music. You cannot go wrong with these narrators, or with Lindsay Dill’s music! This story holds a special place in my heart.

Amazing story, gods, and banter!!!

The narrators are two of my favorites and did an amazing job! I loved the authors narrated recap from the previous book! Paesha is a bad ass and strong female character. I loved the banter and how she took such joy in bringing chaos into the MMC's organized world. Me and my husband have a love-to-annoy-you kind of relationship that I saw a in these characters and loved!

Plot twists were great and surprised me a couple of times. I loved her created gods and how a lot of them had powers that were complete opposites and yet complimentary. like the god of beginnings and endings. Or the goddess of rejuvenation and destruction. I also love a story where you have an MMC who shows his love in all the wrong ways and watching them adapt to what is reasonable for both people in the relationship.

Pacing was a little slow at times. I wish we could have seen more of Orin and Deyanira in this story. I never understood why Orin was never included in all the gods meetings after the wall came down.

I loved the created music from Lindsay Dills. I wish more audiobooks would do that. I will say the editing on when some of the music would end bothered me. Many spots the music would just cut off instead of fading.

Amazing Evermore

I have cried, laughed, gasped, cried again, yelled. This book was amazing. The twist and turns I didnt see coming, the witty banter, the fierceness of Paesha. Instantly 5 stars.
