Every time I read this Author I’m disappointed

Their books never deliver like I want them to not a horrible book but it was def overhyped

It was very well written and humorous

I like the flow of this book I think it was very humorous, and I liked the interaction between the characters and the development of the characters. I listen to a lot of audiobooks. I love the ones with really good narrators and a really good story. This one I truly enjoyed.

It was okay

This book wasn’t the best I’ve ever heard, but it also wasn’t the worst. It was definitely worth the credit. My only complaint is that I wish the last chapter of the series wasn’t a thing kind of ruined the ending for me.

Different then the typical

Solid 4 stars all the way around. I wish there was a male to do Orion’s POV chapters but it wasn’t terrible with Amanda. Her voices were good, her pitch matched the scenes, but there were some instances where she drawled out a word at the end of a sentence that didn’t feel like it fit. Still, I enjoyed listening to her voice. The story line flowed easily but I felt there were a lot of repeating the same information and drawing out the story unnecessarily. The twists were semi predictable but at least they weren’t in your face obvious. I love that this was a love story but still a “Yes I love this man but I will not stand ideally by while he wages war for the wrong reasons” and that she was willing to fight him. I absolutely adore them as a couple. The main issue I have is how it ended. I don’t want to spoil it so I’ll just say it felt like it’s either setting up for a second series where her son is the main character, or it was written for nothing. Either way, I would still highly recommend this book series. I feel like there’s definitely unfinished business here. Hopefully more to come.

Trilogy in one

Completed trilogy all in one, the non insta love is appreciated. Definitely worth the listen

Book 1 isn't bad, but book 2 kills it. I returned it!

So when this was recommended a few weeks ago I was interested, but pretty sure I had read it before. Sure enough, I had book 1 on my ex's Audibles account, but wondered why I didn't finish the series out. This 3 in one seemed like a great bargain and after re-listening to the first book, I was game. I was maybe.

Very relatable protagonist

I loved Rowan. I found her very relatable and funny. The tension was great and I enjoyed the storyline a lot. And the narrator was FANTASTIC.

Entertaining

Not bad. Very entertaining with a bit of spice. The voice actor was great, which made it an easy listen.

Funny and Spicy

The name of the book seemed like it was going to be a flop, but it was really good! Amazing narrator, but I wish it would have had a male voice too.

Shadow daddy & a fire queen? Yes, plz!

I loved the enemies to lovers, twists and turns, low to high fantasy mix. And the tension!!!! This was such a fun listen.
