If you know Dave Ramsey than you... know Dave Ramsey and this book will be what you expect. If you don't know about him or what he stands for... settle in for a quick recap. He is the guy who a lot of people think is crazy cause he talks about maintaining no debt. This book is not about that. Anyone who owns a business... works in a business..or has ever considered it... this book is a great resource no matter if you think you need it or not. Many key points to consider re: the now of your game plan and the path of the future. While he is a Godly man and their are Christian references it is not shoved down the non believers throat. Any one in the higher ups of any company... THIS IS A MUST READ ( or listen).

Two chapters in and then suddenly reminded of why I went into business

I would put this up there with The E Myth as a perfect primer to give to struggling small business owners and entrepreneurs as well as anyone thinking about starting a business.

Those last words of this book had me in tears. Thank you Dave. Starting my business out of desperation has led to many moneyless days doing what I love. “But God” is my mantra He’s in everything I grow and what I aspire my business to be founded on. Even though I am a one person owner employee I dream to more and your book will be a tool I will constantly come back to as that dream grows. Thank you again. Such good solid teaching!
