Gran guía para la dieta cetogénica.

Me gustó mucho el hecho de que esta dieta no requiere que compres un alimento especial o que cambies tu nutrición por completo. Todo lo que tiene que hacer es restringir sus calorías dos días a la semana, ¡así de simple! El autor explica cómo el cerebro regula el hambre y la satisfacción.
