Great Series. needs editing help.

This series is fun and engaging to listen to. That being said I have a gripe. Not with the writer, or voice actor, but with editing and production. I counted 7-8 doubled words, or other editing issues that ruin immersion of the performance. Which I am finding to happen more and more. When I first got Audible, my first 20 books I found maybe 1-2 errors. Now I'm finding 4-7 in every book. Especially the preoder books that got released 2-3 days early, but yet still have audio errors.... 👀 guys and gals... you can do better than this.

Great story and awesome characters

Only reason I gave it a 4 is with the editing. Sometimes certain parts of the dialogs are repeated. one of them was about 5 minutes.

I'm a huge fan of Maxime's work, and this series is no exception! This series brings me immense Joy every time a crossover character shows up! 100% recommend.

I'm really starting to like these books. i liked the first book, REALLY liked this one. looking forward to book three.

Hope the audio is fixed

I’m at around 5hr 21 mins in and hit my second audio glitch. This one was during a meeting but the audio skips a sentence or so. Idk how much it skips but it’s something. Early in the book the audio played the same sentence twice. I replayed it and confirmed it did it again.

I love the series especially the comedy, its short but sweet. I can't till all his companions become godlike.

I love Basil and his troop of monster friends.

It took me awhile to get back into the story ARC... it prolly would have been better for me if I had reread bk1 first as I had forgotten a lot of the character names and who/what they were. But I caught on quick enough to enjoy the book as Basil and his troop of monster friends storm across the countryside in the hopes of reclaiming Paris for France.
You'll need to grab the book actually get the audiobook to see how they did.
Jack Voraces is an amazing voice performer almost a whole monster troop of his own making, giving the book the feel of a full cast audio production.
