Finally a Orrin Only book

I've been hoping for the story to focus more on Orrin. Daniel can get annoying at times, he's that type of character that's better in small doses. I loved Orrin's journey and growth here, you truly see his leadership, knowledge, and tactical Qualities be brought on display.....please more Orrin focused stories

the book moved quickly and stayed true to is original story. love the growth and action

Great build up!

Over all a really great build up that’s got me wanting more every time i listen. So please hurry with the next one. I’m dying to find out what happens next and how they are going to face off with the demon hoard.

was great to have an Orrin focus. the not a hero style seemed a little goofy with the hero always there.

love the close look at magic in this.

still annoying by the main protagonist whining about everything before any actually starts traing wise. Though he is just a kid who doesn't wanna eat his veggies.

I started to care about the characters rather quickly.

Fantastic story. The narrator does an awesome job. I get genuinely sad at the low points and cheer for the victories. Great character development. Very well thought out universe.
