Jenn carries something otherworldly and her words carry it too. You can FEEL it. Her words have WEIGHT. They pack a punch. They penetrate. They heal. I must confess that I was initially bummed Jenn didn’t narrate the book. But as it turns out, I REALLY enjoyed this narrator! This book took me on a journey. I laughed. I cried. I changed. Thank you, Jenn for this incredible gift. 🙏🏼 Loving the hard copy too. The PHOTOS! The RECIPES! Ahhhh! 🙌 What a vibe!

So good and relatable from cover to cover!

For one, the narrator sounds like Jenn Johnson, so it made it easy to listen. I prefer to hear the actual author, but I understand that it is not always the case. I love how a Jenn takes life challenges such keeping a house tidy (esp with little ones) and organized, encou6 is to reach out for help in our community and connecting it to God's word and pursuing healing. It was like the best of both worlds...and including recipes at that! I would love to just sit with her and hear this in person...she was very personable and genuine and I can tell that she took her time in writing this with God's love in mind for His people. I needed this book in this season on my life and I think I may have to buy the hardcopy just to highlight! ❤

I Listened With My Daughter

My 14 year old daughter and I listened to this book together in my car. She learned about family and faith. It gave her hope for her life.

I listened on the way to and from work, and it really ministered to my situations! Love Jenn, and Brian's music ministry, and this book is clearly an extension of Jenn's heart as we see in her music ministry.

Good Wife Lessons!

Overall I do feel encouraged as a wife and inspired for hospitality in my home. I don’t love to cook and don’t have a lot of experience hosting so this book taught me a few things! I loved hearing from a godly woman about how she manages her home.
