I came across this audiobook “39 Mediterranean Diet Superfoods” which is good because I wanted to try listening to more titles related to being more healthy with the food that I eat. I am able to have a resource with regards to the positive impact the superfoods being mentioned here provides. A good number of foods mentioned here is already available in our kitchen, which is good to know.

I am so happy I found this book. I hate strict diets that feel like sacrificing too much and not enjoying eating, but this book provides great foods that are healthy and delicious. I can't wait to start making some of the meals mentioned here!

This was a really good quick lesson or healthy food options and why they are healthy. I would not consider all foods necessarily Mediterranean (or maybe they are and I need to change my term of Mediterranean lol) but nonetheless I enjoyed hearing about them and I’m planning to add some of them to my diet more.
