Grounding, centering and calming

I could listen to this all day! My favorite meditations are guided visualizations. The narrator is simply perfection. Her voice is so soothing and sweet. I will reach for this book whenever I need some me time and self care in my day.

Must have

This book answered any questions I had about meditation. I loved how simple most the meditations were to do. If you are a beginner and want to know anything you can to start your journey to deal with stress, anxiety or learn new ways of thinking then this is definitely a must listen for you!

Lovely

This book is perfect for beginners or anyone getting reacquainted with the practice of meditation. It explains in a very simple manner how to overcome obstacles such as monkey mind. It set my mind at ease reiterating the concerns I had and offering solutions in a gentle manner. It reiterated to me that my opponent is craving and sloth.

Listen it

I really learned a lot from this book, and I am certain it could be a useful tool for many, many people. The tips and suggestions are wonderful and the reader will definitely find numerous ways to relax and destress after listening this.

Great contemplative book

This book is great on many levels. Whilst it is interesting on an information level the content becomes overwhelmingly relevant as you continue through the book. A definite good read/listen!

An incredible experience

It's hard not to fall asleep it's that peaceful and calming.
I woke up with my physical pain levels almost melted away.
I cannot remember feeling such a deep levels of calm.

Excellent

The first time I listened to this was on a busy commuter train and I felt an instant calm. although I had heard of mindfulness I didn't know much about it. yet as his words unfolded I knew this would be important for me. It has taken me a couple of years to start regular practise but I have listened to this many times in that time. It started me on a journey which I suspect will make the rest of my life a nicer place to be.

A great guide on meditation for beginner's

If you don't know much about meditation then this is a great book for you. When reading this book is gives you a lot of information on different ways to Meditate. Even when you are at work or somewhere that you begin to fill stressed and don't fill you have the time, they explain that it can be done in 10 minutes. Meditation helps you reconnect with your inner self it also helps you find peace. I am a mother of six children and now learning about meditation I feel that this will benefit me greatly.
