Soooooo good!

This audio was really good, the narrators did such a good job.
The spice was just perfectly told and the plot-twist.... WOW!

AMAZING!!!

loved it!! I've read all of Nyla's books and listening to this one just made me fall even more in love with her work. Be prepared to have all the feels. I was worried about the narrators but they did a wonderful job..I feel like they fit Kemp and Dash's characters perfectly....

A darkly twisted taboo romance that plays tricks with your mind.

Dash has no idea why he has ended up in a penitentiary when all he did was rob a bank. As the days pass by and things aren't as they seem, Dash turns to his tormentor, Officer Kemper for solace.

I am not quite sure what to think about this book. I felt so many different things while listening, mainly confused, but found myself getting invested in the characters and wanting to know more about them. Dash and Kemper absolutely incinerate the pages when they are together. I found the book to be very sex driven and very long.

This was my first book by Nyla K. and although I am not a huge fan of the rant at the beginning and end of the book, I do see myself reading the rest of this series, when I have time, to see what happens going forward.

Michael Gallagher and Bryant Walker did an amazing job of bringing the characters, story, and heat alive.

Get ready for... mm, dark, taboo, suspense, forbidden, guard/prisoner, disability, and first-person dual pov.

Emotionally compromised in a good way

I never knew a book could tangle me all in knots. This is definitely not for the faint of heart, but it touches all the right feelings at the correct time. The narration was a dream, I wish all books were narrated like this one. Loved it.

Simply amazing

This is my first book by this author and won’t be my last. I love the story line and all the work up to critical subjects that not many people write about. It talks about awareness on different sexual preferences and also mental health. So please read the TW.
So first the main character ends up being put in a different kind of prison where people are sent when the world thinks there dead. They are meant to be put there out of the way of the normal world as if they don’t exist but can be tested or dissected for the way they are different and how their mind is damaged. Dash grew up with a sick mom and a dad Who is involved in crime. He suffers from mental Illness and finds himself at this prison after a crime he committed. He meets many different people with many different issues and also a guard who take an interest into him. This was a different type of story that I usually don’t listen to but I’m glad I did. I can’t wait until the next one comes out in audible. The narration was amazing and really brought this story to life. Definitely worth the buy

Absolutely love this book! It was so well written that you start to you’re the one going crazy!!!

The voice actors for this book.. man oh man

This was a fairly dark story about a young man who gets sent to a prison that no one really knows about. No laws, no rules, just run by the prison guards for the most part. This story has so many twists and the spicy scenes are amazing! Overall a great listen.

Distorted is my FAVORITE Nyla K book, so when this story came to audio, I ran, tripping and falling, to download it. If you've read this story, you know it's complex and it's a pretty tough book to narrate, but these two KILLED IT. This narration is like a movie without images and it's a masterpiece. Please do yourself a favor and listen.

Spicy CNC dark romance.

I loved this story. it was super spicy but had a ton of character depth that drew me in. I never knew exactly where the story was going to go and it kept me on my toes. Michael Gallagher is perfection and his gritty spicy talk is everything. The story is art and the narrators artists.

Top tier smut and romance

Very difficult to write smut and genuine romance. Not a dull moment in this book. Really good narration . Highly recommend.
