Great recipes and suggestions.

I genuinely believe in alkaline foods benefits, and as a lover of healthy foods, I’ve enjoyed listening to this book. The best are the recipes, easy to prepare, and delicious. My Blendtec is working a lot. Definitively I recommend this book.

New ideas for meals

There are great recipes for a healthier, alkaline diet.
