lovely cookbook

This is one of the best cookbooks I've ever purchased. I am new to the Mediterranean diet. I chose it because of the many positive reviews its received. The recipes are easy to follow, logical and delicious. I've made about 10 of the recipes and my family has been singing my praises. Awesome cookbook!

Cool diet

Easy to understand life style change book. and now i eat only fresh fruits and vegetables. I am on my way to getting fit and eating healthy for the rest of my life. Very good cookbook!

Great

I am on my 4th week and I will give this program 5 stars because it works if you do what she says. It does take time to prepare your meals with the correct ingredients and also have your snacks with you with you are away from your house. I am seeing great progress on her program and plan on sticking with it until I reach my goal weight loss. Getting your metabolism working at full speed makes all the difference is burning off your body fat! It is true that you will be eating more food than you think is humanly possible and still lose weight by doing it! Go for it, give it a try, you will be amazed how it works!

Believe it or not, I don't eat enough. Having all these great recipes for Fat Bombs makes it much easier.
