Love this Cook Book

For health reasons, I needed to go on the Mediterranean diet and researched many books. This has been the best purchase I have made in a long time. I am no chef, in fact, I’m a complete numpty when cooking, but the recipes in this book are perfect for the beginner. I’ve made quite a few of them and enjoyed every one. Well written with MANY delicious and easy recipes. Recommend.

Good for Longevity

I'm aware that the Mediterranean diet is a good one for longevity. The author has done a fabulous job explaining what you need to do to follow this amazing healthy diet, as well as giving many recipes for doing so. You'll undoubtedly be healthier if you get this book and follow the author's suggestions!

This is an exciting journey and I am so happy to have this book as a guide. I have tried most of the dishes in the book and they are delicious as the taste is still intact.This is a ready to use book for anyone ready to start a weight loss journey.

What I like best about this book is how each section is clearly shown. I don’t need to play forward or back several times to get to the food or topic I want. What I like even more is how it is completely broken down to the littlest details. I am so looking forward to using this diet. I see myself already, with the help of this book, doing better in my health and wellness. Recommended!

It’s a lifestyle…

Love how the author emphasizes that the Mediterranean diet isn’t a diet per se, but a LIFESTYLE! We need to rid our vocabulary of the word diet… it isn’t just something to do for a little while, healthy eating is a lifestyle and a lifelong commitment. I also like that the author included references from actual peer-reviewed studies. I’ve been wanting a whole-life change for a while now, and couldn’t decide which healthy-eating route I was gonna go. All vegan? Oil free? Pescatarian? There’s a lot to ease through out there, but I think I found what’s going to work for me… this book!

Effective for Weight Loss


Now a days, many people face difficulties is loosing weight. So, it is a great book for them as it is facilitating them with worthy diet plan along with useful exercises which they can implement easily. Super complete guide!

Really enjoyed listening to this audiobook, it really motivated me to give it a try to the Mediterranean diet in order to start eating more healthy and maybe love some weight along the way. I liked the fact that the author did a lot of scientific research and included it in one of the chapters, it both reassures and motivates me to follow this path. I have never listened to a cookbook before but it is actually even more practical than reading it. I just put my headphones and follow the instructions. Great!

Awesome audiobook!

As someone who was not privy to the Mediterranean Diet, but wanted to learn more about it, this book is perfect for beginners. Ch 1 opens with Understanding the Diet which is important because it explains the health benefits and sustainably. Ch 1 breaks down exactly what the Mediterranean Diet truly is vs what it is perceived. The author explains that the Mediterranean Diet is more than a diet, but a lifestyle. Knowing this has changed my whole perception. I love the 30-day meal plan and meal prep tips as this is an area of struggle for me. This is a must listen audiobook!

Healthy weight loss

Understanding more about the Mediterranean diet was one of the main goals in picking up this audiobook and it did not disappoint! I greatly appreciated the author's deep dive in the historical and medical context of why this context is so popular and benefits those in need of it. I also greatly enjoyed the transition into how, not only is this a diet that would help you medically and to lose weight, but as with all the major diets, it takes a lifestyle change, too. The narrator and author do a great job in walking you through the process and provide great insight along the way.
