The way Cholesterol affect us

I appreciate this book because my cholesterol is really high. and I'm only 31 I didn't exercise much or eat right. I just got lazy. but now that I see the danger I am working hard to fix it before its too late. Thank you so much for writing g the amazing book. and I am Grateful to have come across it.
