So much info about Intermittent Fasting!

I never realized how many different Intermittent Fasting plans existed. This book makes Intermittent Fasting a possibility instead of a scary proposition. There is so much information in this book! As mentioned in the book, it's a good idea to check with your doctor before proceeding. I have been on several juice fasts which were amazing. I can only imagine how effective intermittent fasting will be in comparison. The narrator was easy to listen to as well. Many thanks to Violet May and Dr. Michelle Carabache!

All In One Resource!

It is pretty frustrating to search the internet and other recourses to figure out the best ways to intermittently fast. There are so many things out there that it can become confusing and overwhelming.

This book took everything you need to know and organized it neatly in an easy-to-follow and understand way. This is an all-in-one resource for intermittent fasting. I would definitely recommend it! I also love the recipes.

The best way to lose weight!

Intermittent fasting alone is one of the best ways to lose weight and be healthier overall. I really enjoyed this book because It didn't just cover intermittent fasting. It comes with exercise tips and recipes. If you combine them, you are guaranteed success. Highly recommend.

Finally - a way to combat menopause belly!

I can't believe how much my body changed after menopause and I wasn't feeling comfortable in my body, so I decided I needed to take things into my own hands. One of the first things I did was listen to this book so I would know who to do intermittant fasting for my age group and gender. I love that about this book because one size does not fit all, and I don't trust other fasting books that are for "everyone" because I can tell you that hormones are different and game changers when it comes to weight management after the age of 50. I'd highly recommend this book for any woman wanting to look and feel better after the age of 50!

Intermittent fasting has so much potential!

So many people jump on the bandwagon without having a real understanding of how to fast intermittently properly. This book is a comprehensive guide with guidance on the right cycles to choose and exercises to match. I like the chapter on snacks which for me personally is a struggle. I have fasted before but, I wasn't eating correctly or getting enough electrolytes to sustain myself and I made myself quite ill. So I am very thankful for the author's wealth of knowledge. Even if you have tried fasting before like me, the tips and advice in this book are invaluable and needs to be listened to! & the questions section at the end of the book was an added bonus too! Great listen!

This is a fantastic book. I would recommend

Great book.. I learned so much from this book. So many takeaways that I would recommend this book, especially if you want to learn about intermittent fasting! I am the kind of person who loves to learn and being a nurse this is an excellent resource to call upon. It gives great information and some fantastic recipes to develop a healthier diet. Fantastic, will certainly be coming back to this book again.

Very interesting subject. Good narration.

This book is very informative and easy to read. It explains the must know important facts of fasting and breaks down the different types/styles of fasting. Another great thing that I liked about this book is that it provides simple at home exercises I can follow without having to spend money on personal trainers and gyms.
If you need to know the medical aspects of how fasting works- read Jason Fung.
But if you just want to know how to make fasting work for you--get this book.
I highly recommend this book for those who are over 50. If you follow the book with how to start intermittent fasting and work your way to longer periods of IF, I assure you, you will feel healthier, happier and more energy to do the activities you love.
Be patient, it really truly works!
This is a must have book for weight loss and IF.

Obsessed, this WORKS!

Wow, what can I say about this book, I am now obsessed with intermittent fasting, I didn't understand it before, but now I understand the benefits, I have already lost 3kgs and I feel less hungry and have more energy. Such a big fan and I am so glad I found this audiobook, thank you!

Violet knows her stuff!

Intermittent fasting is popular, but I never really knew how it worked. To me it just seemed like the “don’t eat when you’re hungry” diet. I didn’t get why people were so enthusiastic about it. Now I get it! It’s so much more than I thought it was. Can’t wait to get started!!

The power of intermittent fasting

There's so much power and potential in intermittent fasting, but you have to do it right. I've been doing loads of research about it and this audiobook is the best, most complex resource I've found so far! Easy to follow and understand how the fasting actually works in your body, and the exercises and recipes are super helpful as well. I really feel I'm ready to dive in! Would definitely recommend.
