Worthy methods

I really like this method of learning to eat healthier by not depriving myself. I lost a lot of weight thru dieting in the past but gained it all back when I stopped counting calories and then went thru a very stressful time in my life.

ITS A LIFE CHANGER

This is definitely not a diet audiobook! Having been a long time follower of James and his JSA, I can categorically say this audiobook is everything and more than what I expected. Couldn’t put it down and I only got it this morning!!

Full of informations

Overall, I most highly recommend this audiobook, and this method. It is very much based on common sense, and we all know that dieting doesn't work in the long run, anyway.

Good guideline about Emotional Eating.

Great audiobook with important activities that assist you with acknowledging why eating is more about close to home encounters than about real nourishment. I am always looking for a new diet or a new discover in this field but nothing works with me, and this audiobook helped me to understand why. Great resource!!

A great resource for teens! It is written to speak to this age group beautifully and gives amazing activities for young people to get curious about rejecting diet culture and living a free life.
