very informative book

I found this book helpful and practical. a great guide at looking after myself. many of the principle I have felt are true for some time but this book gives great guidance for actually finding a way of using intuitive eating instead of dieting to stay healthy and gain better health .

Great overview.

This is an excellent resource to bring the powerful ideas of Intuitive Eating into accessible, everyday practice. Intuitive Eating allows us to reclaim our ability to trust ourselves to respect our own bodies, freeing us from the constraints of diet culture.
