Relax Relax Relax

We operate in fast-paced world where sometimes we go to bed but can't sleep because we are thinking and worrying about life challenges. Having been through that I found this audiobook very helpful as a means to relief of anxiety.

We tend to assume everything is ok and we would sleep it off as tomorrow is another day but the reality is that the mind is not at rest. The depth of this audiobook would benefit anyone looking to relax and overcome any challenges with depression, anxiety, stress and lots more.

The affirmations here provide a good opportunity to enhance your life, build your self-esteem, confidence and more. A very worthy listen.

Can’t believe I fell asleep so fast!

I listened to this book multiple nights in a row and each night I was able to go to sleep quickly. I like how each chapter was broken up into categories of different types of worries. I feel like listening to these affirmations just brings so much calm to know that you got to let the stress and guilt go and tomorrow is a new day. The narrators voice was actually quite soothing

An excellent book to help you fall asleep

This book is fantastic to help go to sleep even after a stressful day. The book is easy to listen to, the music is soothing and the affirmations are great. I started to listen to this at my office and had to stop because I almost went to sleep. So now I listen to this book at home when I actually want to get some shut eye. I really enjoy this book for relaxation.

Much Needed

As someone that has suffered from sporadic insomnia for decades, I thank you. Since the age of 16, I'd lay away all night and then go on to school as if I had a full night's sleep. My body was convinced it was ok because I had rested but my mind knew better. I tried your techniques and was able to free my mind enough to sleep a solid 6 hours. I will read this again to try and absorb more nuggets!

A book that can actually put you to sleep!

Please don't be misled by the title I made,
it is not saying that this book is boring, but it is effective.
I tried it, and it works!

I have a 12-hour full-time job and a 4-hour part-time job,
I always have many difficulties falling asleep.
The fear of tomorrow is occupying my mind, and I just couldn't stop thinking about it.

This book helped me break down my problem and taught me how to view things from a different perspective, the content is straightforward to understand, and the tone is amiable and warm; I feel like someone is really sitting next to me, trying to help me.

Thanks to this book, I have a very excellent quality of sleep; it is my lifesaver.

Great collections of affirmations

I have found that I prefer guided meditations and affirmations as I get more from them. But I do like to listen to a good variety of affirmation and take inspiration from them to make my own too. This book has lots of guided affirmations to choose from so lots to choose from!

Helpful meditations

If you struggle with anxiety, depression and any form of stress, this is a must-have. The hypnosis and affirmations in this book are very calming, it got me so relaxed I did not know when I slept off. With the increasing problems that everyday life gives to us, insomnia is increasingly becoming very common, but after listening to this audiobook, I believe help is here. I recommend this audiobook to anyone struggling with insomnia.

Great for sleeping

The music and affirmations at a low volume are perfect to help you sleep. The affirmations are practical and believable so they should be working while awake too. I like to listen as I fall asleep every night.

This really works

I thought this would be good background noise of affirmations while I tried to fall asleep. Wrong! I felt my racing brain slowdown and focus on the words. It is very pleasant and eased me into sleep. I felt ‘full’ when I woke up. I slept great but still woke up too early, like normal. Great narration voice also.
