I was definitely hypnotized
I am extremely excited to see how this helps me. I listened as I was falling asleep and had the most vivid dream of getting this surgery. So much so that when I woke up I was surprised I had been ‘dreaming.” Never done anything like this before but I am very hopeful! The narrator was great and the content was very good.

Alternate books I read were a bundle of logical realities that were difficult to get it. The essential distinction is, the other book referenced again and again that you can eat anything you desire on the eating regimen amid your eating window. That data isn't true.This book clarifies the eating routine extremely well

Informative Book...!
It's a great Gastric Band Cookbook. This book give quite a bit of information regarding the different types of gastric surgeries. The recipes are quick and easy and divides them by phases of pre surgery, and the different post op phases. I like this book.

Wrong title
it doesn't tell you anything different from other books that talk about food. Because of the title I thought it would talk about hipnotic gastric band and how to get it but it only tells you the benefits and that you could get it with them. Pointless to read or hear.
