For a healthier life.

I like it because it's not just focused on weight loss, but also on how to start a healthier life. I also found instructions on how to make good and satiating smoothies, so as to avoid eating calorie snacks.

Absolutely life changing book; MUST LISTEN!

The health and fasting information in this book is very good and very complete. Now I understand intermittent fasting. All other books are now tucked away in a book case.
