All too real!

If you’ve ever lived this scenario- this book will have dual affects on you. You’ll hear things explained in a way that makes you say “Exactly! So I’m not crazy!!!”
But it will also make you re-live and feel moments that you wish you could forget!

All in all, it’s a quick, simple and highly accurate depiction of what gaslighting is, and could certainly benefit anybody in need of a little clarity and understanding of themselves and their abusers.
