Exactly what I needed!

I absolutely love this book!

There is so much great information contained in this short book!

It easily breaks down the simple changes we need to make to drastically boost our energy levels. My favorite part has to be the information on supplements. It is difficult for anyone to get all the vitamins we need from food sources to support our bodies on a daily basis. Adding these supplements in on a regular basis can give us the boost we need.

I highly recommend this book to every single person out there!

Mood uplifting!

This is a great and short audiobook that I like to listen when I am doing stuff at home. It brings a general positive mood and every time I listen to it I learn something new. The chapter about exercise always motivates me to do something, even if is just a 10 min walk after the whole day working from home. The narrator's voice is also very nice to listen to.

Works for any age

Bought this for my mom who's been suffering from lethargy after turning 60, and feared that her sense of energy might never return. After listening and applying the strategies outlined in this book, she has been able to turn her general energy output, and able to feel more capable and alert throughout the day. Would absolutely recommend to anyone struggling with lethargy or malaise!

A very informative little book which packs a high energy punch!

Like a cup of coffee

The highly useful and applicable tips have already made a huge difference in my life. For example, removing distractions while I’ve been working on tasks, and taking time to meal plan instead of winging it, made me so much more productive and less exhausted during the week. Inspiring book to raise your energy level

I have heard of the phrase “Food as fuel” before but this is the first time I have really heard it explained so well. It’s amazing to find that a book about energy has so much focus on food. I appreciate the explanation and advice on foods and food groups that are ideal for nutrition. As someone who has struggled with weight over the years, it is great to have the information in this audiobook.

Also particularly useful is the section on supplements which lists different vitamins, minerals and herbs that increase energy levels. There is a lot to learn from this book.
