    Sit or lay in a comfortable, quiet place. Breathe in through your nose and fill your diaphragm with oxygen. Relax your nostrils. Relax your throat and tongue. Allow the air to flow freely into your abdomen. Look down at your belly and watch it fill and empty. With awareness, choose to breathe through your belly, rather than up into your chest and shoulders. Close your eyes and continue breathing in and out for at least 10 breaths. Don't hurry or slow your breath. Quiet your mind and just breathe at a comfortable pace.
