    Overview:

    - Sarah and host served together in the Navy at Whidbey Island

    - Sarah was a single parent for much of her time in the military

    - Sarah had a difficult childhood and past abusive relationship that led her to join the military

    Key Events:

    - Got married quickly after meeting husband in the Navy - Has two children

    - Experienced a divorce after getting out of the military - Struggled as a single parent and changed rates in the Navy

    - Moved to locations like San Diego and Jacksonville, dealt with relationship issues and considered divorce

    - Felt overwhelmed with changes happening in her life after moving to Whidbey Island

    - Got pregnant after getting married, was pulled off her boat and did not go on deployments

    - Marriage remained rocky, eventually decided to get divorced, difficult co-parenting while divorced

    - Stopped medication and therapy after getting out due to lack of support

    - Felt everyone turned their back on her without military support system

    Current Life:

    - Lives in California

    - Exploring creative passions in music and arts
