    Being an undergrad in a world of uncertainty is challenging, but fortunately, there are plenty of practitioners out there that are willing to mentor you in your career. In this episode, Julian and Katie are joined by Kim DeRuby, Assistant Professor of Marketing at Keuka College, to chat about the importance of appreciating a good challenge, enjoying unexpected crossroads in your career journey, and the concept of mentorship in the moment. In the marketing community, we all bring something to the table, and Kim encourages everyone to learn together and cultivate valuable two-way relationships.
