Captivating

I didn’t think I’d like it, but I became immersed in the sci-do drama

Another audible original home run

Don’t get me wrong, you’re not getting Dickens here. No masterfully curated tale of growth and self actualization but a lovely packaged tale of fun at a much needed time!

aggravatingly addictive.

could not stand to stop listening. enjoyed antagonist challenges of inginuity due to their advasary flexing the largest deffense budget in the world. Also enjoyed the sound quality, from frantically banging on the door to the distinct sound of the mega phone and i absolutely loved how wallace's mellow tone and terminology kept cool even in the face of uncle sam nocking on their door.

Good, but derivative

While I did enjoy the story as well as the performance, a couple things really bothered me… well, multiple things that equate to one thing. They absolutely ripped off Stranger Things. The introduction music is so close to Stranger Things’ introduction music, that I’m pretty sure the Duffer Brothers could sue and win. Also, the basic premise of the story is kind of Stranger Things-ish, but they changed enough details to make it so most people probably wouldn’t think so.

Refreshingly weird story

I admit, this story appealed to me greatly having grown up in Roswell. I’ve heard every conspiracy related yarn told to date. It’s unique to think of locals still involved in modern day undercurrents of the original alien crash lore. Well constructed story and very expert preformed.

wonderful cast

it was a fun listen start to finish with an amazing voice cast. the episodes felt like chapters and the whole story felt like a dramatized book reading that would have been hosted on a radio
