Zen for Beginners

Zen for Beginners may be a great introduction to Meditation,learning about the 4 Noble Truths, and the way to be mindful. it's taught me tons about not desiring things and to relax.

Exactly what I needed

For an extended time i wanted to start out zen meditation. as i struggle with a couple of things in my life . im glad that i got this book and happy that it had been short as i can hear it often

Well-explained!

This is an exquisite audible for anyone who wants to find out more about Zen. The author explanation is extremely well. Overall I find the audible helpful in zen for Beginners. I'm proud of this audible.

Awesome

As One who has been practicing and studying Zen for several years I can say this book may be a Wonderful Introduction. It provides the essential information and really all you would like to urge started and start your new life. in fact there's more and more you'll learn but this will be the primary step or the sole step you would like .

Easy to follow

I found this book to be very informative without being overwhelming. It did an excellent job of explaining things during a way a beginner could understand while also pointing the thanks to a deeper exploration, if one so desires.

Awesome Book

It helped me understand concepts that have alluded me or scared me away up to the present point. Now, I approach other texts with a clearer level of understanding. many thanks for explaining this audiobook. it had been the primary step during a transition that completely changed my life.

Its great

This book is important for anyone wanting more information on Zen and seeing if it's right for them. I found this book to be a godsend because it explained Zen during a manner that I could fully know it and know it and put into practice what I even have learned.
