Very informative and provides great examples!

The book is great, it covers a lot of situations that you come across in your daily life. It provides you with great tools to use in communication and gives you great examples for clear understanding of how to use the tools. It's also great for understanding why communicating with these tools work so effectively. I enjoyed it thoroughly!

Exceptional book. Straight to the point.

I loved the book and that it covered off on a number of different regularly occurring scenarios. My only recommendation would be to title the chapter in the audio book so listeners can revisit chapters at a later time that are pertinent to them.

small talk\first dates

I bought this book because I struggled to fill awkward silence on first dates and it's my opinion that the book helped greatly. it's full of tips and tricks to help keep small talk flowing and I'll be recommending it to everyone I know who struggles with the same problem
