This has become my “go to” book. After more than six months of listening to it almost daily, I’ve begun to sit Zen.

Loved it!

I loved the book. It was the first time I’m learning about Zen. I loved it, it was so simple that my mind made it complicated. I definitely have more to learn.

Narration and audio quality is awful

What a fantastic book and what a treasure for anyone interested in Zen. Unfortunately the narration and audio is terrible for this one. It needs to be redone.
