Worth it

This work is an extensive collection of excellent relaxation exercises to help you gain control over your own stress. I tried the first few the first day I picked up the book and found myself achieving the deepest state of relaxation I have had in years.

EXCELLENT books on communication...

The first in the series is by far the best. The references to NLP and how to use it effectively are priceless. The 3 books that follow are all great in their own regard and act more as a supplement to the first in the series and a bit of a deep-dive from there. The only complaint I have is the narrator. He sounds more like he should be advertising on commercials as opposed to narrating audiobooks.

Awesome Resource. An Absolute Must Have.

I absolutely love this. Four books in one. It is an excellent resource and I strongly encourage you to partake in this good "read" and sit down for your listening pleasure and benefit. Very clear and easy to understand. Accessible to all and easy to apply in your daily life. This a valuable resource for the layman, businessman and academic. This serves to guide you in all ways to communicate, be it getting your point across, understanding those around you or finding the best way to navigate the nasties in life, there is some sound advice and guidance in this package. I make use of many of the tools and approaches in this book with friends, family and clients. It has been a great help and I appreciate the well thought structure in all the volumes.

Also an excellent narrator. Thank you for reading well and expressively and making me want to listen. An absolute pleasure to listen to.

Wish I Had This 20 Years Ago

This book covers multiple aspects of communication in ways that one would normally only find in a university or high-end personal development setting. Put into practice, the skills covered in this book are applicable to relationships as well as the workplace. Learning these skills is akin to learning a secret language.

You just have to admit it we are in a communication world... even if you think you have a good feeling about communication, you probably do mistakes and do not understand clearly which ones. With this tool, you really can improve your communication skill...
