I have learned much from people who taught me over the years in psychotherapy practice and in churches across the country where I served as pastor. From these separate but overlapping streams I learned that we all have wounds that we carry yet must be dealt with if we are to blossom and live abundant lives here on earth.

I am currently planting a new church that has a heart to reach people who feel "left out", feel disconnected, and have turned away from God.

This book definitely was self reflecting...Dr. Saundra Taulbee breaks it down with clinical experience, qoutes also personal experiences...It is inspiring and hit every aspect on healing a wound from the inside out. There are some wounds we as people have either from past or current tramas although some may not be tangible... they are definitely there and have a cause and effect in our lives. If left untreated it can lead to life of destruction or perseverance it is up to us to choose a path...Not all paths lead to the answers we seek but bring healing to situations and see God is at work in each one of our lives.
