Well narrated

I love it. Great introduction to Yoga! I’m new to this and the way First Step of Yoga Practice Covey does it is perfect. I really enjoyed the Paperback version of this book. Buying this audio version did not disappoint either.

An enjoyable heard!

This book is worth listening to. My life transformed thanks to this book. When I started Yoga, I was failing all the time. Sometimes I felt like something was wrong with me that I had a very negative view of myself, thankfully this book is changing that The First Step of Yoga Practice.

Absolutely fabulous!

To get the most result you must apply what this author teaches. Knowing is not enough, we must do. I have set two dates this week-end. I am doing a lot of Improve Your Mind, Body on myself now. Extremely educational especially!!

Overall, I would recommend.

I will keep recommending this book till the day I die. This Essential Requirements for Health Benefits book changed my life. I used to wonder why all women I wanted kept rejecting me until I found this book. It is a real eye-opener. If your desire is to improve your relationship life, please listen to this book and do so multiple times. Also, follow this author Instagram page for valuable tips.

Recommend it!

It is my 1st book in restorative yoga which is easy to understand what restorative yoga is. I keep using it for my each practise. Recommend it!

Wonderful Information

This guide is too short but very informative and useful. I likable this guide and would suggest it for people who would like such form of info. I particularly like the creator's delicate way to deal with the awesome advantages of Yoga. I adore the substantial assortment of postures displayed in the book. Unquestionably the ideal book for yoga apprentices!

This is an excellent book!

This book acquaints you with the rudiments of yoga and features numerous significant hints and procedures for stress help, weight reduction, and ideal well being. This book clarifies numerous yoga ideas, for example, combination, association, and order. This is a fantastic book for anyone wanting to get back into yoga that needs a refresher on the poses. Wonderful

This book is simple and straightforward which is perfect for beginners. It discusses yoga in a clear, concise and easy to understand manner., its benefits and very detailed explanation of different types of yoga poses and tips on how to achieve inner peace through yoga.
