Wonderful - Recommended to others.

This is a fantastic book for anyone wanting to get back into yoga that needs a refresher on the poses. Great book! Recommended to others. I will attempt to apply what I gained from this book .

Inspiring.

I'm fairly new to yoga and learned a lot that I'm sure will help my future practice. I really found this book very informative - with really great points made throughout. An excellent book for anyone....

It's good book!

It explains so much more than the simple posturing that many of us are familiar with, giving the reasons and processes behind yoga practice. I'm inspired to try again, and have come to see that may you should, too, because this book really is about Yoga For Everyone!

Super book!

Fantastic. The instruction is great, and the flexibility poses are held long enough to get a good stretch. I am not new to yoga, but due to back issues am finding that I have to migrate away from the strength training I used to do and really work on my flexibility.

Great for any beginner

This instructor was easy to follow along with, and soothing to listen to. This book is good for a warm up or cool down and excellent for anyone wanting to experience beginners yoga!
