Every beginner should listen
I was looking for a book that will First Step of Yoga Practice as I am going through a lot me my life. I first bought the Paperback version of this book and was really inspired by the content. Fantastic. The instruction is great, and the flexibility poses are held long enough to get a good stretch. I am not new to yoga, but due to back issues am finding that I have to migrate away from the strength training I used to do and really work on my flexibility.

This instructor was easy to follow along with, and soothing to listen to. This book is good for a warm up or cool down and excellent for anyone wanting to experience beginners yoga!
