Good One

If you want to learn about chakras and chakra healing, then this is the book for you. Some of it was abstract but definitely had a lot of material on the science of it, various yoga poses for healing, kundalini etc. I was given this book for free to express my opinion on it.

Amazing book for beginners

I especially enjoyed the step by step Chakra awakening/healing guides which offer three modalities from which to choose. This is the book you want as a reference, inspiration, and guide to chakra knowledge.

GREAT READ FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO LEARN

In the beginning, it was a simple and easy book covering the basics of chakras. Later, it picked up the pace and introduced new concepts such as auras, yoga poses and various other healing methods. Impressive audiobook

This Chakra healing bundle is good audiobook with best interesting knowledge. I read lot of book with deep way but this book is really great and super knowledge with very easy way about exercises.
