Good One
If you want to learn about chakras and chakra healing, then this is the book for you. Some of it was abstract but definitely had a lot of material on the science of it, various yoga poses for healing, kundalini etc. I was given this book for free to express my opinion on it.

Amazing book for beginners
I especially enjoyed the step by step Chakra awakening/healing guides which offer three modalities from which to choose. This is the book you want as a reference, inspiration, and guide to chakra knowledge.

GREAT READ FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO LEARN
This is perfect and exactly what I am looking for. This starts at the very beginning and explains everything. I highly recommend this book. I've never written a review before but felt I needed to about this great book.

Impressive audiobook
This Chakra healing bundle is good audiobook with best interesting knowledge. I read lot of book with deep way but this book is really great and super knowledge with very easy way about exercises.
