I loved the laugh out loud moments!

Lots of laughs a few tears and a great story! The humor plus vulnerability and strength of the heroine...I refuse to call her anything less....was awesome. If only I could be that strong!

A wonderful twist of fate

This book took me by surprise, because I did not know that it would be this funny, this sweet, this enjoyable, did not want to put the book down feeling. The characters were very much believable when it comes to people’s thoughts, feelings needs, wants, and desires. I would highly recommend this book to friends and family.

Oh so very close

The story was well written with a few moments of whitty banter. However, the narrator was a bit dull.

Good story. Dragged out inner monologue sometimes.

Overall I loved the story. The inner monologue was excessive sometimes when you wanted the story to move on. Feel good book.

Great story without a hitch

I particularly enjoyed the diverse characters. I appreciate how the author introduced each one and incorporated them into the ongoing story. Without describing them completely, I could gather by their behavior and conversation the type of person they each were. Very easy to take the side of the heroine although there were times I thought she was a complete flake. Turns out she’s just human. I also like the subtle romance aspect. Smooth, endearing and plausible. I always appreciate a story that ends well. Not just that everybody gets what they want. It’s when I don’t feel as if I’m left hanging. I could very much see this book going to a sequel. Absolutely worth reading. Especially when you can let someone else read to you. I love that. Now I’m gonna have to look for another one. Or maybe I’ll just listen again.
