Awesome and Audiobook

Well written, fast pace and see me audiobook for sure. For me, Delta James never disappoints. JT Farrell’s narration makes it all the more better.

Adventurous Story

This story quickly grabbed my attention and kept it throughout the story. The witches have a unique method of mating which doesn't bode well with the warriors. When Astrid and Huw meet, Huw decides to help her correct evils done to the witches by an evil group of men. As a warrior, Huw expects Astrid to obey him. I love and laugh at how she has other thoughts. This story has explosive love scenes, adventure, intrigue, and a warrior and a witch attempting to gain justice. JT Farrell allows the listener to feel the emotions of these characters. I highly recommend this Audible book. Thank you Delta, Tom, and JT for such a powerful story.

Witch and Warrior – Astrid and Huw

This is the beginning of the Viking Masters series. Astrid and Huw meet in a deam. This was an exciting journey to find a stolen bone wan. There was romance, suspense and some pretty intense action. As always, JT Farrell did an outstanding job with the narration. I received this free copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Great storyline! I loved it.

This book is the start of a series, I can’t wait for more books in this series!! I found this audiobook to be extremely well written and narrated. The storyline grabbed my attention from the beginning. It has action, suspense, intrigue, mystery, magic and romance. It’s a must listen.
The narrator has a deep baritone voice that had me wanting more. He does a fantastic job with the characters and the voices of each character making it easy to distinguish between the characters. I definitely recommend this audiobook.

Viking masters

I would have liked more plot and character development . I have all her audiobooks and loved them all. This is just one I wanted more from the story. I think I would have liked it more. I still enjoyed it🙂.

Surprisingly Interesting.

The story deals with the Ironwood forest and its witches. I’ve read some Norse Mythology stories. I was shocked at first at how the story started. Yeah, made me uncomfortable. But that’s how the witches dwelled in Ironwood. 🐺

As for the main characters, I seriously thought they’d be slain at any moment. Having sex every other page, I’m surprised there was any plot. It was interesting towards mid book. I was more intrigued by the bits of plot than their twisted relationship. Then again, punishment has been a form of control throughout history for refusing to submit to a man. Being disobedient will get you a spanking. One which the main female character couldn’t get enough discipline for her every word or action.

Now, it may seem I didn’t enjoy the story. Wrong. There’s plenty of action here on Midgard. It is those bit of unique story telling that made me root for the warrior. His mission becomes one to aid the Ironwood witches, and hunt those who seek their destruction.

As for the narration, wow! Quite a dramatization. And it was only one narrator! Great voice actor. 🎭 JT Farrell - need to save in my notes for future listenings. 🎧

Looking forward to find out how it ends on book II.

Great Reading of a very good story

A Warrior on a quest for justice. A Witch trying to save her fellow witches. A great adventure with lots of steam. Really enjoyed this.

Do not recommend

This is not a good read! I liked what could have been a great story but the heroine let’s the man abuse her and loves him for it. Not my kind of book.
