Just Wow! You Gotta read/listen to this one.

This was such an amazing book. It has heart wrenching romance, the hottest erotic sex, and one of the best mysteries I’ve ever read. Such a surprise on “who done it” & why.

Shayla Black never disappoints with an incredible love story full of twist, suspense and intense love making from a sexy Dom. Leave it to Christian Fox to captivate you with the first sentence. Man, he's incredibly poetic, sexy and smooth with every word uttered. You will be hooked as he masterfully portrays every character with distinction, feeling and inflection. It was perfection. I'm looking forward to many more of Shayla's stories especially narrated by Christian Fox.

Christian Fox makes every Alpha Male better....

I have enjoyed this entire series. The characters are interesting and their “baggage” believable. No difference here I was rooting for Axle and Mystery, her lack of common sense was marginally irksome but the story was solid. This is one of my go to listen when I’m between good stories!

Pretty good

This came out in 2015 at the height of the BDSM phenomenon. A ton of books flooded the market around that time and this one incorporated the trend. I honestly would've liked the book better without that twist.

The plot was good and I enjoyed it up until the end which felt rushed and then everything was tied up perfectly. It kind of ruined it for me

This is an intriguing tale and draws you in from the very start. The twists and turns continue up to the very end and the narration is fabulously well done. CHRISTIAN FOX should get an oscar for his narration work alone!!!!

Captivating

I must admit, I started reading this book simply because of the narrator but by the end of chapter 1 I was hooked. Shayla Black can weave a story like no other. So much depth and emotion. And as usual, Christian Fox brings the story to life. Thoroughly enjoyed this one. Couldn't put it down.

That's what I'm talking about.

This is my favorite book in the series. Love the characters, the story, and the superb narration. Not much else to say. Thank you.
