Doesn't seem to work well as an audiobook.

In our homeschool studies, we read Benjamin Franklin by D'aulaire. Then we saw this book on Audible and thought it would be a great thing to listen to, in addition to that book.

It's not an compelling listen - jumps quickly between details without seeming to build the story in an inviting way. Detail heavy. Sounds like someone is reading a kids textbook, rather than a storybook. I wouldn't call this a living book.

I imagine it would be a good physical book to read with illustrations and at your own pace. It doesn't seem to work well as an audiobook.
