A great story
My boys listened to this story for school but loved it. They even listened to it a second time while traveling. The characters do a fantastic job and having more than one makes it so much fun to listen to. Your kids won't even realize they are learning about history!

Great Story, Great Voices
I have read this story to my 4th grade class and it is well loved. This version is amazing. The voices fit the characters well and the music transitions fit so nicely. This read just flew by. I will listen to this again and again.

This was a lot of fun
I read this decades ago as a youngster. I was drawn to it because of the Disney version of the story, The Adventures of Bullwhip Griffin, which I greatly enjoyed. Listening to this today, and having read the reviews, I was amazed at how much educational material was tucked away in every chapter. I can easily see an elementary school teacher using this book to open up days of conversations across a variety of topics from history to economics to astronomy to biology to physical education.
And it's FUN.
Recommended for all, and particularly elementary school age kids.
