And, as Emily finds herself used as a political pawn by the different sides in the growing dispute and no longer sure who she can trust, she may find herself confronting a choice between doing the right thing, regardless of the cost...and losing everything she's built over the past four years.

The summary suggest a few grim circumstances, but in reality not everything is explained in the summary well enough; the story is actually much better. Be prepared to read a story as good as its predecessors.

Just as good of not better than the last two, which were both excellent. Also Tavia gilbert delivers another great performance.

I love this series. The author has a great sense of humor especially if you are well versed in fantasy. Please obtain the last 4 books in the series!

Consistency at its best

Tavia Gilbert does a great job of bringing this story the best possible performance in this medium. I've read all of the books so far and enjoy audiobooks as a way to remain refreshed in story as I wait for additional books in the serialization. As always I apploud Christopher G Nuttall for his carefully crafted storyline.
