In the gripping sequel to the thriller hit I Kill Killers, Leah and Agent Richter return—this time as an uneasy duo, balancing on the razor’s edge of trust and chaos.

When an old foe resurfaces in Boston, Leah and Agent Richter are thrown into a deadly race to stop a new wave of brutal murders.

But working together is anything but simple.

Leah, a vigilante who fights fire with fire, thrives on breaking rules. Agent Richter, bound by duty, knows she’s as dangerous as the killers they’re hunting.

Yet, he trusts her.

Their fragile alliance is tested when a new FBI agent arrives, bringing questions they can’t afford to answer and dangers they can’t escape.

In this deadly game of cat and mouse, Leah and Richter have only one choice: hunt—or be hunted.

The female narrator wasn’t the best choice for this story. All her voices sound the same.

Great Story!

The female narrator has absolutely no inflection in her voice and reads every character in the exact same voice, like she’s trying to be a sultry seductress. I very much enjoyed the story, but I wish I had read it on paper.

Great storyline. Horrible narration.

I like the story, the premise, all of it. I absolutely DID NOT like listening to the narrators. They read with as much emotion as if they were reading the tax code. The female narrator had the same speed, cadence and tone whether she was speaking for more than one character, dialogue between speaking or inner dialogue. The guy was better but not by much. His voice was pleasant and he did attempt different voices and accents for different characters but it still left much to be desired. Unfortunately for the listeners the girls part seemed to be much larger than his. Overall I like the story and would recommend it but maybe not the audiobook.

Love the story, Not so much the narrators
