Twists!
I've never read this genre and am so glad my book club recommended it! I wasn't hooked from the beginning but I found myself obsessively trying to finish it and having to pace myself to enjoy it more. The characters were all great and I felt for the group. My jaw literally dropped in several chapters. I'm so glad I read this book!

Pleasantly surprised
I am new to this author and have been trying to find a good read after picking up a horror novel that had me glued throughout. I had to try a new genre because I was going through some poor recommendations that had me burnt out. This was a fine story, well written. Just when I thought I could predict what was going to happen.. I was wrong. No cliff hangers. Would recommend.

Mixed review...
From chapters 1 thru 31, this book reads as "Young Adult". It's a bit tedious and somewhat uninteresting. Then it explodes and never looks back. If u can get thru the 1st part, the second part is pretty good.

I love crime novels and horror, so this was great. No bs Romance story to take you out of the story, so everything feels relevant. I appreciate that. Looking forward to more from this author

Are you strong enough to survive?
Great, refreshing read. Unique plot and great character development. Thoroughly enjoyed this one. Narrator was excellent. It’s all about getting out of the woods in this one, not necessarily what’s in there. Loved the ending. Highly recommend.
