I don't want to give anything away. but I highly recommend this book! It has multiple intertwining storylines, multiple layers, tons of twists, loads of suspense!! 5 stars!!

Lives up to the title

I didn’t want ithe story to end. I hope there is another book. There is still so much more to explore.

Aptly Titled

Superior read and the title says it all… itsa a head scratcher all the way through… Well drawn and likable characters, excepting those you don’t for good reason… If you’re one that always figures things out before the end this one will challenge you…

Good until the end...

Got way too far-fetched the last 20% or so of the book. I could overlook stuff in the beginning and middle but the end was just crazy.

What a great story! I can’t wait for the next one. Narration was spot on. I highly recommend.

Excellent Thriller

This is the story of a 10 year old cold case that involved a 17 year old volleyball star that went missing. Pete Kramer was the lead investigator on the case. He is dying and asks Ethan Hall, an ER doctor and a former investigator, to reopen and lead the investigation for the missing 17 year old. Ethan needs a new lead on the case and the lead comes from a prison inmate. From there the story unfolds some thrilling and mysterious info.

I absolutely loved how thrilling this book was. Just when I thought I had it figured out there was a twist. There was twist after twist that keep me interested and fully invested in the plot. I really enjoyed the author's writing. The chapters were only 2-5 pages long which made the read quick and effortless. Great job!

Great thriller!!

I loved this one! It had me wrapped early on. I hate a slow starter! Great narration and story line. Waiting for the next one to drop!!

OH MY COW!!

I read and listen to a lot of books but this is the first time I have, ever, left I review. I am blown away. Actually, each one of Charlie Donlea’s books has let me speechless. I will be watching for another book!
