A twist of Van helsing's legacy. And a castles that talks in the last Van Helsing is not slain, he's laying. This book is fun great world building, good character development. This is a very funny book. The narration is excellent once again

This makes no sense
MC is someone I don't care for. He's cocky, freaks over first setback, contradicts himself, and doesn't think things through. Easy solution to whole book and series; feel free to disagree. Step one: go home with gold from another realm. Step two: buy guns. Step three: have no more problems.... go on tell me I'm wrong.

One of his bests
This is another great book by Virgil Knightly. This has to be my second favorite series of his with maybe the best characters yet. The storyline is interesting and well paced while the characters are fun and very enjoyable.

I enjoyed this very much. It was a good book one for a series, a good introduction to the world, the job and the women. Nothing over the top to distract from understanding the expectations for the MC going forward as well as setting the ground work for an ever expanding universe.
