Life changing. Such an easy concept but so dang difficult with follow through, at least for me. Would recommend this book without hesitation to anyone, Christian or not.

I love that he challenged my “conventional” understanding of anger and what we are to do w anger. Every point he makes is backed by scripture and some of us need a theology check when it comes to anger. Thankful someone told me about it!
